1. Introduction
Welcome to I&S Enterprises Pvt Ltd (Imad and Sibtain Enterprises). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Services
We provide solar rooftop installation services including On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid solar systems, maintenance, and government subsidy assistance under PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on government policies, component costs, and site-specific requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed before project commencement.
4. Project Timeline
Installation timelines are estimates and may vary based on weather conditions, site accessibility, government approvals, and material availability. We will keep you informed of any delays.
5. Site Assessment
A thorough site assessment is required before installation. The customer must provide accurate information and full access to the installation site. Any misrepresentation may result in project delays or additional costs.
6. Payment Terms
- Advance payment: As per agreed terms
- Progress payments: As per project milestones
- Final payment: Upon successful commissioning
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, cheque, or online payment
7. Government Subsidies
We assist with PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana applications, but subsidy approval and disbursement are subject to government processes. We are not responsible for delays or rejections by government authorities.
8. Installation Requirements
The customer must ensure:
- Safe and clear access to the installation site
- Stable roof structure capable of bearing system weight
- Necessary permissions from housing societies/authorities
- Availability of required electrical infrastructure
9. Warranty
- Solar panels: As per manufacturer warranty (typically 25 years)
- Inverters: As per manufacturer warranty (typically 5-10 years)
- Installation workmanship: 1-5 years (as per agreement)
- Batteries: As per manufacturer warranty
10. Maintenance
Regular maintenance is recommended for optimal performance. Maintenance services are available separately or as part of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
11. System Performance
System performance depends on factors including sunlight availability, weather conditions, shading, and maintenance. We provide estimated outputs based on standard conditions but cannot guarantee exact performance.
12. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate electrical load information
- Maintain clear surroundings to avoid shading
- Not modify the system without our approval
- Report any issues promptly
- Allow access for maintenance and inspections
13. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Damage due to natural disasters, fire, or theft
- Grid failures or power quality issues
- Structural damage to buildings with existing defects
- Loss of income or consequential damages
- Delays due to force majeure events
14. Intellectual Property
All designs, proposals, and documentation remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
15. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as per the terms specified in the service agreement. Cancellation charges may apply.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pulwama, Jammu & Kashmir.
17. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
